Technology Services
Axin Global supports an open platform approach, allowing us to deploy the best design solution to suit any customer’s needs, using the best combination of traditional and specialist design platforms from CAD to advanced GIS solutions. And unlike many traditional telecommunication design houses, we have our own award-winning GIS team.
GIS Analysis and planning
During the early stages of the FTTx project life cycle we assist clients with building business cases, by carrying out analysis and supporting planning scenarios using existing client data to derive the metrics required for the business case to be formulated.
Mobile data collection
We leverage mobile applications for data collection in the field, with significant experience configuring and using ERSI mobile applications like ArcGIS, Collector and Explorer, with the know-how to ensure data is relevant and usable in the final design.
Hosting and infrastructure
Unlike other design and engineering companies, we configure and manage our own cloud-based infrastructure and applications, so we can tailor solutions to requirements and work to our own rapid timelines, unencumbered by third party delays.
Web services
We operate our own web mapping portal that can be accessed directly by our customers, and we have a developer licensing agreement directly with ESRI to ensure we always have access to the latest software and updates.
Custom scripting and database management
We perform custom Python scripting in-house to optimize design processes, and we carry out database management and configuration for Microsoft and Postgre SQL databases, allowing us to create custom client reports and tools and make data more available.
